Joshua Group is a group of young Christians, from grades 7 to 11, who meet every Friday, 7:30 – 9:00, at the Montreal Chinese Baptist Church (or MCBC). During our fellowship time we are given the great opportunity to get to know each other and learn about God during the various types of meetings. One week, we have Bible study so we can know more about God through the Bible. Another week is devoted for prayer towards the needs of the church, the people around us and our own personal needs. We also pray for the people in countries where the gospel is not known. To balance the other nights whereby we set a time aside to have fun, the group is given an opportunity to invite their friends. It also gives the group a chance to bond with one another.
